At PIOMET, our Quality Policy is focused on manufacturing and providing products and services at top quality which meet customer requirements and also on building long lasting relationships with domestic and international clients, based on mutual trust and benefit.

The main assumptions and objectives of the implemented Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 are:

• customer satisfaction, which we achieve by timely execution of orders, providing products and services in machining of the highest quality

• manufacture of products with assured quality materials while maintaining an advantageous price thanks to cooperation with qualified suppliers

• continuous development of infrastructure and improving working conditions by modernizing the production floor

• constant improvement of our employees' qualifications thanks to a wide ranging training program

• optimisation of manufacturing processes through the implementation of new technologies and modernization of the machine park

• optimisation of materials and production costs by extending the range of suppliers and ergonomic use of machines in the production process

• ensuring financial stability of the company by acquiring foreign markets and increasing production on domestic market

• increasing worker’s safety and securing the PIOMET infrastructure through implementation of the monitoring system.

I instruct all the Piomet employees to accept the principles arising from the Quality Policy and the objectives of the Quality and also to follow the procedures and improve the Quality Management System.

As an owner, I am fully committed to provide the resources necessary to implement the Policy and the objectives and also to oversee actions taken to develop the Quality System Management in Piomet.
